We are offering you a question today to set you up for the month to come with Bite-Sized invitations towards transformation. The subject for February is Tenderness to Self.
February is traditionally the month of love, with Valentine’s Day being the first big “celebration” after Christmas. We are inviting you to spend this month holding love and tenderness for yourself. Because all love begins with self-love.

At the bottom of this page you will find a link to a super-secret post that requires a password… feel free to click and use the password even if you are not a Gene Keys Geek. This month we have some YouTube videos from Richard Rudd all about different flavors of self-love.
As with all our inner work, remember to be gentle and patient with yourself as you ponder these thoughts. If you want to print out the image, get a screenshot if you are on a device, or right click and copy then paste into a word document.

For me (Lizzie!), this concept of self-love is all about how I see myself. If I can operate from a place of self-love, then everything is right, everything is as it should be, even if it’s not easy. Love softens me and allows me to move with the flow of life. It strengthens me and gives me the confidence to stand in my own power and have the courage to speak up, to speak my truth, to shine.
Below you will find 28 quotes about self-love and self-tenderness, one for each day of February. We invite you to sit with one each day. You could write one in your journal each day, and then see where your heart and hand want to take you, as you hold self-tenderness and self-love in your awareness. If you are not a journaler, then you could simply read one each day, and let it rest in your awareness as you move through the day. Or perhaps you might want to take a leaf out of Meghan’s book and create an art journal spread inspired by the quote.
If you’re looking at this on a phone, then simple holding down your finger on each image, will give you the opportunity to download the image or open it in a new tab (if the writing is too teeny tiny!).

If you would like to access a PDF with all of the images and quotes, so that you can print them out, or save them as screensavers, you can find it HERE.
And if you’d like the quotes in text format, so you can copy and paste them into a document, you can find that HERE.

Once again we are both recommending you listen to the guided meditation called the Heart of Peace in the free Triple Flame app. It actually moves you through an “allowing” experience with gentleness. It brings such tenderness and self love to your present issues.

Hayley Curtis has curated a delicious Spotify playlist that is full of tender and heartfelt music to nurture and love yourself through sound.

You have reached the super secret part. We didn’t want to overwhelm our readers who are not into the Gene Keys, so left most of this post general and universal.
For those of you who wish to know the Gene Keys magic behind this question, we have a special post just for you…. simply click on the image and use the password…. shhhh….. TENDERNESS (case sensitive).

Although contemplation of your own inner life is a solitary journey, it can be helpful to share thoughts with fellow travelers. Please always feel free to share your insights or questions in the comments.
