Lizzie and I are offering you two questions on a Monday to set you up for the month to come with Bite-Sized invitations towards transformation (they are actually linked… you can find out how if you choose to move to Level Four). How brave do you think you can be this month? Feel into each question and pick the one that holds an invitation for you. Perhaps you can start by simply being as objective as possible (even though these are emotional questions) and simply touching in with yourself. You could choose just one of our questions, or you might want to explore both.
May we also suggest that you do something to remember the question each day or so in some way: contemplating while doodling, journaling, arting something, reading this post again … YOU ARE NOT ALONE, we are here to support and make space for each other to shine. Remember that!
From Meghan:

From Lizzie:

As with all our inner work, remember to be gentle and patient with yourself as you ponder these thoughts. If you want to print out the images, get a screenshot if you are on a device, or right click and copy then paste into a word document.
Or perhaps you could write the questions in your journal each day and see where they want to take you.

Some journaling or contemplation prompts:
Meghan Asks:
- When was the last time you allowed yourself to feel a difficult emotion? What would your life be like if allowing your emotions to flow freely felt safe?
- Did the household you grew up in allow you to have big feelings? Whatever you answered, how has this affected the rest of your life?
- Do you ever try to fix your moods rather than allowing them to simply pass through your system naturally?
- Is it difficult for you to sit with someone who is suffering emotionally? What is your usual response?
Lizzie Asks:
- When was the last time you allowed yourself to be completely open with another person … no barriers, no masks?
- Have you ever felt as if you are wearing the Emperor’s New Clothes? And if so, what does it feel like to imagine that other people can see through them to the “real” you?
- Are you ever afraid that you will be “found out” to be a fraud? Why so? What is it that feels fraudulent?
- If you were being your true authentic self, would it actually matter what other people thought of you?
We both highly recommend listening to the Journey called the Heart of Peace in the free Triple Flame app. It actually moves you through an “allowing” experience with gentleness. I’ve listened to it so many times and it never fails to ease my reality.

If you want to watch something, enjoy Meghan’s brief art process video about how she handled an emotional state, A Little Blue. If you want any help with being Gentle or Patient with yourself as you do the inner work get some hints from these articles by Lizzie.
Check out Meghan’s Wizardly Word this past week… it’s all about what it means to ALLOW (your emotions): Wizardly Words on Wednesdays: Allow. (Doesn’t Wizardly Words on Wednesdays sound like a spell?)
Lizzie has written a Substack article that you might like to read … The One About Self-Esteem.
We cannot selectively numb emotions; when we numb the painful emotions, we also numb the positive emotions.

Every feeling, mood or thought you have is put there directly by God for you to trust in it. Trusting this process is obviously not the same as acting it out. Trust is a powerful internal process that requires great courage

The real arrogance comes from being cut off from our Divine source. At the Shadow frequency humans think, speak and act as if they were separate from nature, rather than being an organ of it

The eyes of others our prisons; their thoughts our cages. Virginia Wolf
Care about what other people think and you will always be their prisoner.

Listen to some soothing sounds while you ease into the prompts, or to lift your mood to put you in a braver place.

You have reached the super secret part. We didn’t want to overwhelm our reading friends who are not into the Gene Keys, so left most of this post general and universal.
For those of you who wish to know the Gene Keys magic behind this question, we have a special post just for you…. simply click on the image and use the password…. shhhh….. FEEL (case sensitive).

Although contemplation of your own inner life is a solitary journey, it can be helpful to share thoughts with fellow travelers. Please always feel free to share your insights or questions in the comments.
