We are offering you a question today to set you up for the month to come with Bite-Sized invitations towards transformation. Imagination is our theme for September. (Remember to scroll all the way to the bottom of this post to find the link to the Super Secret part relating to this topic.)

As with all our inner work, remember to be gentle and patient with yourself as you ponder these thoughts. If you want to print out the image, get a screenshot if you are on a device, or right click and copy then paste into a word document.
Or you could write it in your journal and free-write on what comes up for you when you ask yourself, “Where have I held myself back in my creativity because what I want to create is unlike anything that already exists?”.
And don’t worry if your answers are different each time you ask … I ask myself the same questions over and over, and each time, something different falls onto the page!
“Imagination allows alchemy to occur inside your being. This is a gift of receiving the psychic energy of creativity right into the bones.”
You are an alchemist of EMOTIONS!
I think that all creativity is psychic energy. I believe that creativity comes from deep inside us. It is part of our make up, our psyche. I think humans are, by their very nature, creative beings. We want to create with colour, shape, light. All ancient cultures created art before they created technology. Right back to handprints on caves. People have been creating art for over 40,000 years and that’s mind blowing! That’s how important it is to us as humans. It would be denying who we really are, if we were to deny our urge to create. Creativity IS in my bones, and I want to unleash it and live a creative life!
Transformation doesn’t need to mean outward success! Transformation comes in the action of doing, in the pauses, in the contemplation … transformation comes in the act of writing the book, in allowing myself to feel the feelings. Transformation is not dependent on the final outcome being “something”. Transformation is not dependent on creating a tangible output, it occurs in the act of creation. Transformation leads to creativity, which in turn leads to yet more transformation.
Imagination means a world of infinite possibilities opens up.

Some journaling or contemplation prompts to ponder this month:
When you allow your imagination to run free, what is it you want to create?
Is it a piece of art? A poem? A fairy story?
Or is it a handmade life, rich in creativity at every turn?
If you were not afraid of failure or judgement, what would you create today?
When you allow yourself to leap outside the bounds of your mental constraints, what wants to be birthed into the world from the cauldron of your being?
"To imagine is therefore to see and envision - shape, colour, form and movement. It bridges inner vision with the outer eye."
Richard Rudd, Gene Key 64, The Gift of Imagination
What do you envision when you look upon your life as a work of art?
Describe it ... the shapes and colours, the form and movement.

“If you allow your pain, or the world pain, to be expressed through an artistic process, you will see alchemy in progress. Your art will follow a natural sequence of archetypes. You will begin by descending symbolically into the underworld and give voice and shape to the demons and fear frequencies that live there.” – The Gene Keys, Richard Rudd
EFT helps tremendously when gathering the courage to recognize and look at our own shadows, allowing the space to witness and eventually accept them. The key to transformation is accepting and loving yourself exactly where you are now.

Some Quotes to Inspire You
All natural energy or life force has one inbuilt programme - to grow and evolve. This is the nature of life. Thus when you release the quantum energy that was latent inside you, it begins to rise. As it rises, the evolutionary force takes a hold of your mind and begins to paint with it. This is how true creativity is born and the human imagination is unleashed.
Richard Rudd, Gene Key 64
Creativity is not the monopoly of the Shakespeares and Einsteins of this world. There is a science of intelligent living, an art of being fully human, in which we all can and ought to be creative. To use our imagination is part of the total art of being. To imagine other people's imagination is part of the art of being with others.
Laura Archera Huxley
Imagination is the air of mind.
Philip James Bailey
All human accomplishment has the same origin, identically. Imagination is a force of nature. Is this not enough to make a person full of ecstasy? Imagination, imagination, imagination. It converts to actual. It sustains, it alters, it redeems!
Saul Bellow
Without imagination of the one kind or the other, mortal existence is indeed a dreary and prosaic business. . . . Illumined by the imagination, our life - whatever its defeats and despairs - is a never-ending, unforeseen strangeness and adventure and mystery.
Walter de la Mare
I am enough of an artist to draw freely upon my imagination. Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited. Imagination encircles the world.
Albert Einstein
Science does not know its debt to imagination.
Ralph Waldo Emerson
You might want to listen to this song by Natasha Bedingfield …
Let the sun illuminate the words that you could not find
Reaching for something in the distance
So close you can almost taste it
Release your inhibitions
Feel the rain on your skin
No one else can feel it for you
Only you can let it in
No one else, no one else
Can speak the words on your lips
Drench yourself in words unspoken
Live your life with arms wide open
Today is where your book begins

You have reached the super secret part. We didn’t want to overwhelm our readers who are not into the Gene Keys, so left most of this post general and universal.
For those of you who wish to know the Gene Keys magic behind this question, we have a special post just for you…. simply click on the image and use the password, (shhhhhhhh) IMAGINATION (case sensitive).

Although contemplation of your own inner life is a solitary journey, it can be helpful to share thoughts with fellow travellers. Please always feel free to share your insights or questions in the comments.
