Hello, my friends and welcome to episode 17 of Conversations With A Couple Of Crones, or episode 2 of season 2 if you prefer!

We started, as we always do, with our question to ourselves … “Where am I now?”. Now, I’ve got to tell you that where we are is a really exciting place, so this whole episode is basically answering that question!

We have just begun the Sage’s Journey, an online Gene Keys Golden Path retreat with Richard Rudd and the Gene Keys team.

For me (Lizzie), this is a return to the beginning of my inner journey. But that does not mean it is a backwards step. Oh no. This is a spiral path that I am walking as I do this inner work. It may continually take me back to the beginning, but with each iteration, it is taking me deeper into myself.

I talked about how deep I have gone, which is reeeeeaaaaaalllllly deep!!

Meghan introduced the concepts around the wisdom that Richard Rudd is sharing, particularly the way he has given every single line of every single Gene Key their own word and their own sutra … a glimpse of the mystery behind the Gene Key, the Line, and the word.

Here is Meghan’s …

Meghan talked about the synchronicities that have come up for her, because this word, integration, is so perfect for her and her approach to this work.

And the words “gathering the lost children of one’s sufferings and giving them a home within the soul” perfectly matched a practice which she has been doing for years. This way of bringing her own inner children home to her heart.

And here is mine ….

Here is the word that truly describes me and my life … “interiority”!

Interiority … my gift for going inside.

Interiority … my gift for doing the inner work.

Interiority … my genius for creating this vast world inside myself, where I get to be the hero riding into a battle for love, with my sword of truth, and my fiery initiating energy.

Interiority encapsulates that thing that I am best at … diving into this inner world of mine.

Genius

We then went on to have the most delicious conversation about The Sage’s Journey, and about the idea of “genius”. In Richard’s words …

Genius is a hallmark of the Gift frequency band where self-forgiveness leads to a progressive opening of your heart, resulting in an explosion of creative energy throughout your being.

It’s so wonderful how the Sage’s Journey dives straight into the genius of the Gift frequency, to prepare the way for you to step into your Life Work.

Meghan spoke so poignantly about the concept of “Linguistic Keys” which Richard introduces here.

We talked about the depth (and also the simplicity) of the Sage’s Journey course. Oh, we are not here to sell this course to you, but honestly? If this is tugging on your heart, I cannot recommend it enough. But, if you don’t want to commit to it, then never fear … Richard will be publishing The Sage book later this year, so you’ll be able to find the words and sutras for your own Gene Keys.

Explosions of Joy and Wonder

I am feeling all this joy and exuberance coursing through me. And the explosion of creative energy has not been one of a big bang then a fizzling out; it’s been more like an infinite chain of fire crackers, with each small explosion setting off the next. And of course, occasionally, the next firework in the chain is a rocket that showers me in light and colour and sparkles.

Creative Up-Levelling

You will also here about how we are both up levelling our creativity, alongside deepening our inner work. For Meghan, this is about finding her creative style using digital art using Procreate, and for me, this is about writing a book!!! Eeek!! I can’t believe I just said that out loud!!

And of course, we finished with our Whimsical Questions to each other, which were so fun!!
