It’s August 9th and we’ve just been through our first week in the EQ sphere in the group Devoted (a year long program led by Hayley Curtis taking us all through the Gene Keys Golden Path together).
And even if you don’t know anything about this sphere (or the Gene Keys) and are just beginning your inner journey, you might enjoy witnessing a process of transformation I use which combines words and images. I am not much of a journaler, but I am an artist. I process inner transformation through my eyes, hands and voice using creativity. I think of this eye-hand part as Visual Spell Casting. Often you will find me doing this through the medium of Art Journaling.

Just this year I discovered how powerfully AI can help me to make visual my internal explorations. As I ponder the moral and ethical aspects of AI I’m using it in small ways to aid my embodiment of the teachings of the Gene Keys (I use Microsoft Designer AI image generator). When I begin a new sphere on my Golden Path I tend to make a lot of images that first week to help me map out my trajectory for the rest of the month in each specific key. This first week in my EQ sphere has been no different. Come along as I show you the spiritual adventures I am on, using both the Dream Arc animals from this key of 36.4 (Salamander, Squirrel and Nuthatch) and my braided/overalls wearing avatar.
This prayer is included in the teachings of the Nuthatch in the Dream Arc (the Vision of Worldly Compassion). I repeat it daily. A beautiful synchronicity in my life is that a nest of Pygmy Nuthatch fledglings come to my feeder each morning and delight me with their beautiful sweet young song to send this prayer into my heart.

The Pathway of Intelligence moves between the IQ and the EQ and I have spider in GK 50 of my IQ and salamander in 36 of my EQ.

The Eden Loop is a shadow dynamic between two people of the Pathway of Intelligence and I have brought in the Fear Keys from the Dream Arc that my husband and I have in this dynamic for this next card. The technique written about is called Joining.

Lessons from Richard Rudd and Hayley about the EQ sphere itself as expressed to me by Salamander.

The EQ sphere asks us to eventually become so expansive in our hearts that we no longer need to defend ourselves from hurt. This does not mean being without boundaries however. I thought the idea of a chivalrous squirrel was a fun idea with his beautiful lady… both of whom return non-love with love.

This is a great one liner that will be easy for me to remember especially with the joyous squirrel dancing in the sunlight.

This is the one card I have created that specifically deals with my Gene Key 36.4. I am guessing as the month goes on I will create more as I delve deeper into the shadow, gift and Siddhi of this key. Right now I am learning to allow that I am a woman who feels deeply and can hold the space for others to feel deeply. My GK chart tells me I am actually built for this. It is time to not only allow, but step into accepting this. By resisting it I am creating more suffering than the perceived suffering I imagine from this key in this sphere.

Thank you for coming on this visual spell casting journey with me. It is one of the ways I bring play into my deep contemplations. It took me quite a while to figure out the best way for me to contemplate my Gene Keys. We are all different in the way we do this inner work, and instead of punishing myself for not being a consistent journaler, I explored other ways to contemplate. What are your ways?
