Two photographs - one of Lizzie, one of Meghan. Both are taking selfies in the mirror. The words say Tiny Transformations - Stories from our Histories

This feature is a series of articles where we look into our pasts and find those places where we took the invitation from Universe to transform in tiny ways. Like when Meghan took the invitation from a friend to do a year long “Photo a Day” project with her and reignited her stagnant creativity, or when Lizzie dared to be brave and dug into The Artist’s Way by Julia Cameron as suggested by a friend and began her 25+ year long love of journaling the inner work.

Join us as we show you, in stories from our past, some bite-sized brave things we did that blossomed into tiny transformations that led us to where we are today. We celebrate these as we remember and honor the women we were when we took those courageous steps towards self awareness.
