Welcome to our monthly feature that challenges you with simple questions to ponder about your life. This feature has four layers and you can choose how many layers to dive into:

  • the Bite-Sized part is simply the question
  • then some journaling/contemplation prompts
  • followed by links to supporting sources or quotes on the subject
  • and finally the super secret fourth layer where we reveal the Gene Keys behind the bite-sized bravery question (for our Gene Keys geeks – you need a password for this!)
  • Here is the introductory post for Bite-Sized Bravery
  • We also have a feature called Tiny Transformations where Lizzie and Meghan share stories of tiny transformations and bite-sized braveries from their own histories
