Take a deep breath and tune into the free spirit who lives inside you … perhaps it’s your inner child, perhaps it’s your young 20 something before you felt tied down by responsibility, perhaps it’s the crone, who is stepping into her own power …. tune in and then read the following five Sutras and see what happens … feel into the words … become aware of the one that resonates with you right now, the one you are most drawn to. As the seasons change we thought we’d change it up here in our Bite-Sized Bravery offerings for our summer here in the Northern Hemisphere, Winter for our antipodean friends! We have created a question and additional inspiring materials around each of the Gene Keys’ Pulses that occur during the month of July. (You do NOT have to know anything about the Gene Keys to ponder most of the inner work contemplations we share.)

There are five Gene Keys’ Pulses, universal archetypal energies, that occur in July and each of the Sutras above correspond to one (sutras are a distinct type of literary composition, a compilation of short aphoristic statements, sort of a poem, sort of not a poem!). Rather than have you guessing which is which, we’re not going to engage your minds here in this post. Instead use your intuition to guide your choice and you will get more information when you follow the link on the words you choose.
