“Where am I now?”.

I am really feeling the SQ energy literally fizzing through my veins!  I have all these ideas popping and bubbling. Oh, with all these metaphors, I’m a bit like a bottle of champagne. No! I’m American Cream Soda (a favourite drink of mine, growing up in Scotland in the 1960s)!!

I’m really feeling into my SQ Gift of Freedom.

Meghan spoke about how she is working with EFT and her Gene Keys with the lovely Samantha (you can also find Samantha’s IG here). She spoke so beautifully about how the energy of the SQ is about coming home, and how the tapping has opened her up to the idea of coming home to the sacred, and how the sacred is the love, how the sacred is her certainty (which is her Line 1 here in the SQ).

Our “Where am I now?” question flowed beautifully into our question to ourselves this week…

What is my Favourite Sphere?

In this episode, we decided that we would talk about our favourite Gene Key, which is, surprise surprise … the SQ sphere, which we are both deeply working with at the moment in our glorious Devoted container with Hayley Curtis!!

The SQ is our Spiritual Quotient, and it is related to the ages of birth to 7 years old.

Hayley says … “we are reclaiming the child within us during this time … it is a time when we had pure dreams of the heart before worth was attached to them”.

We had the most delicious conversation about being free spirits and leaning into the magical essence we find in this SQ Sphere.

The Realm of Myths and Stories

It’s the realm of fairy tales and myths, it is the world of storytelling. So, of COURSE, we love it.

I spoke about my glorious Gene Key 55 that I have here in this Sphere, which is all about the Freedom of being a young child.

And Meghan spoke about her wonderful Gene Key 62 that she has here, which gives her access to the entire language and lexicon of the Gene Keys.

She said this beautiful thing … “My myths can be enormous, just like your Freedom!” and oh, that gave me a shiver of joy. And she also said that we can weave any kind of myth we want! How is that for Freedom?!!

We talked about the Gift of Delight (Gene Key 46), we talked about the awe and wonder of these SQ years. I’m bringing my spirit of Delight along with me on this SQ journey. She’s alive in me, that wild carefree girl, and now that I have awoken her, and now that she knows she is completely safe to inhabit my heart, I can let her free spirit infuse my 62 year old self, with her responsibilities and her serious shit she has to get done.

The SQ sphere teaches us that love comes from the inside out, it teaches us that we are our own home, and that we can be our own mother.

Oh, I could write so much about this, but I think you should just listen to the conversation!! It was so juicy and delicious!

How has exploring your Venus Sequence changed the way you approach relationships?  

Meghan spoke about how the Venus Sequence is about unpicking your own trauma, and that how through that unpicking, we are able to come to our significant relationships in a completely new way.

We both talked a lot about our significant relationships. We are both lucky enough to be married to the loves of our lives, but that doesn’t mean we can’t bring MORE love.

The Venus Sequence is all about open-heartedness, and we spoke about how that open-heartedness needs to first be for ourselves. We spoke about gentleness and forgiveness. We spoke about the deep, unconditional love which this Venus Sequence work opens up inside us, and how that allows us to bring MORE love to our relationships.

We spoke, again, about how this work is all about learning that love comes from the inside out.

And we spoke about how glorious it is that this Venus Sequence work does not only open up more love within our significant relationships, it also allows us to open up to other people … like the friendship Meghan and I have, which is mind-blowing for me … imagine! Me! Making the best friend of my life in my 60s!! Imagine! Me! Having friends all over the world!!

And, of course, we ended with our whimsical questions to each other.
